  • What are your hours of operation? Our vans can be in operation from 6am to 10pm – 7 days a week if need be.
  • How much notice do you need? Whether its a small single item removal or a house move we ask you generally to give as much notice as you can however we do offer same day service removals depending on availability. 
  • How do i get my quotation? We could do this over the telephone, through email, arrange a home visit or through online contact form.
  • Can i get my quotation in writing? Of Course.
  • How much does it cost to move? Each move is calculated different as the price depends on many things (distance of properties/amount of stairs/volume of goods etc). We also can offer an hourly rate if preferred
  • Can you charge by the hour? Yes if that is what you prefer.
  • Do you have a minimum cost? For small single item removals we could do for as low as £15.
  • What payments do you except? We except credit/debit card as well as paypal or cash.
  • Can you give us a receipt? Of Course.
  • Are you insured? Of Course.
  • Do you sell packaging materials? Yes, all kinds of packing materials and boxes available.
  • Where are you based? Midlothian, Edinburgh, Scotland.
  • Do you do long distance moves? Yes.
  • What if we have our rented own vans, could you load/unload them for us? Yes, we offer labour only removals also.
  • What about deposits / Cancellation fees? We do not ask for any deposits and there is no cancellation fee.
  • What size of move can you accommodate? Any size move.
  • Do I pack myself? You can pack yourself or we could do it for you
  • Do you provide blankets? Our vehicles are equipped with plenty blankets for moving your items safe and sound.
  • Do you do single items as well as full moves? Yes.
  • What if something got damaged during the move? Our main goal is customer satisfaction and will do everything possible to prevent damages however we are only human and in the event of any damages we have goods in transit and public liability insurance to cover this.
  • How can i prepare for my move? See our moving tips to help prepare.
  • What size of storage container do i need? Storage containers can range generally from 25sq ft – 125sq ft. We can send a member of our team to your property and enable us to know the size of storage container needed.
  • Can i leave clothes in their drawers? Yes.
  • Does my belongings get placed where i want in my new property? Yes, our team will place items in room of your choice.
  • What day is best to move on? Fridays and Saturdays are the busiest days therefore if you are lucky enough to be able to move Monday through Thursday you should move then.
  • Can you dismantle beds for us? Yes, you can do this yourself or we can do this for you and will be included in price.
